RESTORATION SERVICES
This is a technique that allows us to rejoin metals. We use this
technique to modify rings, chokers and bracelets to fit, as well
as to restore broken items.
For this, we use a solder that is specific for each of the materials.
RESTORATION SERVICES
We position the metal while gripping the gemstone using various metal-smithing techniques such as pavé, grain, claw and bezel settings.
GRAIN
This is a technique used to set the gemstones by dragging metal over them with a pointed burin, then shaping it with another one with a concave or rounded surface, producing a shiny effect around the stones.
PAVÉ
This is the same technique as grain setting, but with a number of gemstones grouped together.
CLAW
This is a technique where the gemstone is set held by metal claws shaped using a burin.
BEZEL
In this technique, the gemstone is set held by a metal frame that is modified to fit it.
RESTORATION SERVICES
We have a wide range of colors for enameling at low temperature. Our technicians mix the colors and paint each piece by hand. It’s a job that requires a lot of precision due to having to fill very small areas with color.
