Changes are accepted when the piece is in perfect conditions and there has not passed more than 7 days from the purchasing date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the sales receipt.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased on TOUS.com, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return it. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In the case of outlet items, return is not accepted.

Returns via our Returns Service Centre Returns must be sent to our Returns Service Centre at the expense and responsibility of the purchaser, attaching the shipping note and the certificate of authenticity with date.
