GEMS to reach a higher level will be earned by purchases or interactions with the brand.
Thanks to personal moments, TOUS will remind the user of their most special moments through personalized communications.
The GEMS that have been accumulated by the User following the above dynamics will expire after twenty-four (24) months from their acquisition.
In line with the above, in the event that the User descends in level, they will need to accumulate points again for purchases and interactions. The benefits that the User may have due to the level previously achieved will not be preserved. Likewise, when the User returns a TOUS product, the GEMS corresponding to the amount of the returned product will be deducted from the total calculation of GEMS accumulated within the “MYTOUS” Program.
Join MYTOUS for free by creating your account on TOUS.com or on the App, or at any of our stores by giving your email address. If you already had an account at TOUS, but you did not agree to be in MYTOUS at that time, you’ll need to agree by checking the legal box.
You can also enjoy all Club perks online by creating an account or by logging in at TOUS.com or on our App. Remember to use the same email address you used to join at the store.
You get GEMS with all your purchases at TOUS, in store or online, except at TOUS Outlet, stores located in airports and other points of sale with a sales management system other than TOUS’ system.
Access your MYTOUS space to find out your total GEMS and all the perks and experiences you can get with them. You can also find out how to earn more GEMS with different actions and your received and used GEMS history.
In our stores, identify yourself at checkout with your email address and phone number to have the GEMS you earned for the purchase added to your MYTOUS account. For online purchases, log in to your account before making the purchase so you can earn GEMS for your purchase.

You can share your GEMS with a friend, family member or whoever you wish so they can enjoy exclusive perks and services. When you donate them, they will be deducted from your MYTOUS account on the condition that, if by donating them you lose the necessary GEMS to remain at your current level, you will drop to the level that corresponds to your final points.
You must execute this action through the website by accessing the MYTOUS personal area and entering the email address of the other user to whom you wish to deliver your GEMS. If after 48 hours the user receiving the GEMS has not accepted this donation or does not exist in the database, the GEMS will be returned to you.
If you exchange the purchased item for one at the same price, your GEMS will remain the same. However, if you purchase a higher-priced item, the corresponding amount will be added.
If you make a return and do not acquire another product, the GEMS earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account, going back to the total earned before that purchase was made.
As a MYTOUS user, you can receive an exclusive MYTOUS gift during your birthday month (only one gift will be given per year). The birthday gift can be picked up in person by visiting any of the TOUS Stores participating in the “MYTOUS” Program and making a no-minimum purchase in Spain and Mexico, a purchase over €100 in Portugal, $150,000 in Chile, $650,000 in Colombia and ₡250 in Costa Rica, or $249 in the United States and Puerto Rico.

The TOUS points of sale participating in the Program, and referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions, include all TOUS stores in Spain (Iberian peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Ceuta and TOUS stands in El Corte Inglés), as well as TOUS stores in Portugal, Mexico, the United States of America, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Chile - including TOUS stands in Palacio del Hierro, Bloomingdale’s and Falabella - (hereinafter, they are all referred to as “TOUS Stores,”) and Poland, except for TOUS Rolex stores. In the case of Outlet stores, only registration in the Program will be possible, but not the delivery of promotional gifts.
